In order to offer a differentiated service and closer to its customers, the Santa Catarina Intech Boating shipyard created the Pit Stop Sessa relationship program, with domestic coverage and exclusive for owners of watercrafts of the brands Sessa Marine and Key Largo.
With Pit Stop Sessa, all customers have their boats visited and reviewed at least once a year, fulfilling a general checklist of the state of the watercraft, regardless of whether the boat's factory warranty period is in effect or not and whether the owner is the first owner of the watercraft.
All appointments are pre-booked by Intech Boating and the owner or responsible sailor must accompany the visit, taking the time to interact with the Intech team and answer questions. The visits are carried out by technicians qualified by the shipyard and at the end of the assessment, the owner receives a report with the result of the items checked, showing the conservation status of each watercraft component.
Visits have no cost whatsoever, except for the need to exchange items or equipment that are out of warranty. In this case, an estimate will be made and the customer may choose to carry out maintenance directly with the shipyard/ dealer or may hire a service provider that is of his/her trust.
The boat inspected receives a certificate and an exclusive seal, attesting that it has been verified by the shipyard, which adds value to the watercraft even more.
The reports generated by the Pit Stop, as already happens with the notes raised in the Post-Service Survey, are reviewed by a specialized team from the shipyard in order to further improve the product line and keep the standard of excellence recognized by Sessa Marine brand in Brazil.
